i suppose i will just update this like every month at least lol.myspace has totally killed xanga... so sad.  the spacebar on this computer is making me quite mad...anyway, things here are as usual, work a lot, play a lot.. lol. i should ::cough:: maybe ::cough:: have a car in 2 weeks, but we'll see how that works out. other than that everything is ok. made some new friends, miss home, that sort of thing. goin whitewater rafting with sarah jones  and everyone in june! can not flippin wait! anyways... see you in another  month.

so here i am ready to go to work, and oh what happened.... i was told to be here 2 hours earlier than i needed to! gah! the navy has no idea what's going on... ever... so i wake up at 3:30 in the morning for nothing. oh well, at least i won't be labeled as late my first day i guess... so i'm hanging out in the uso waiting for my safety class that starts in 2 hours... i think i'll take a nap.

other than the misunderstanding of times, this place seems alright. i'm living on an army base that's close to the navy base because there's no housing left on the navy base. fun stuff. the rooms aren't that bad, but there are community showers like in college dorms. i hate those. but my friend has an apartment off base so that will help some. now i just need to get a car.

so anyway, excited about getting to the ship. irritated at the lack of anyone knowing what the heck is going on.
